Spring Clearing through the Chakras

I greet you all with a sweet smile and a warm embrace as the subtle return of movement begins to awaken around us. You may have noticed that I have been appearing in your inbox a bit more than usual lately. My coming alive again is pointing me back toward what I love most — tending to the garden.

 

In this spirit, I am excited to offer an opportunity to clear, renew, and revitalize through the energetic body.

 

Spring carries a natural intelligence of rebirth — a time when what has rested beneath the surface begins to stir again, asking to be released, integrated, and brought back into flow.

 

I myself have been tending to my own Spring clearing, and I cannot tell you how good it feels to be moving lightly again, with my inner rivers flowing and a quiet optimism rising from within. It feels as though I have taken a deep exhale and am remembering the clarity of my true self.
