01/ What days and times are you available?
For in-person sessions, appointments are available Saturdays from 9AM to 5PM. For virtual sessions, appointments are available evenings and weekends.
02/ What forms of payment do you accept?
Forms of acceptable payment includes: Cash, Check, PayPal and Venmo.
03/ Do you offer free consultations?
One free 30 minute phone consultation is available for new clients to assess whether Intuitive Psychotherapy is a right fit for your needs.
04/ Do you offer sliding scale fees or student discount rates?
Sliding scale fees and student discounts may be considered on a case by case basis. Please call to discuss your options.
05/ What are your fees?
Fees vary depending on length and service provided. Please call to discuss rates.
06/ Do you accept insurance?
As an out-of-network provider, I do not currently accept insurance. Many insurance polices offer partial reimbursement to see an out-of-network therapist; you may wish to consult your insurance provider regarding this benefit. Invoices will be provided so that you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
07/ How long are sessions?
Length of sessions vary depending on services provided.
08/ Is there a limit to the number of sessions a person can have?
There are no limits to sessions. The therapist and client work on goals to help improve the client’s well-being. The number of sessions will be discussed as treatment continues.
09/ Do you offer bilingual services?
Spanish speaking sessions available.
10/ Cancellation policy.
Please understand that the scheduled time of your appointment was solely reserved for you. If cancellations or rescheduling are needed please inform me 24 hours prior to your appointment time otherwise you are still responsible for payment. If you cancel your appointment prior to the 24-hour grace period, another appointment will be scheduled for you. All payments, once made, are non-transferable and non-refundable. Your payment is your contract for the agreed upon sessions. Please plan carefully to avoid disappointment.
Luminous Magik, Intuitive Energy Healing sessions are not intended to replace any existing medical, psychological, nutritional or other health protocols that you are currently observing. Instead, these sessions are meant to supplement your current health practices.
