About the Event

Yogi Bhajan had specific  intentions when bringing Kundalini Yoga to the West. He often spoke of two main reasons; the first, the expansion of more teachers as he did not seek followers or disciples but instead those who would offer others what they had come to learn and the 

second to offer Kundalini yoga as a resource for all during the dynamic transition into the Aquarian Age.  

What we are currently experiencing as a collective has been foreseen and the tools needed for our well being have also been offered and remain at our disposal. It is time to reach into the mastery our physical bodies so that we may better navigate these challenging times and support our well being.

Join me for a 33 minute meditation that will alleviate you of heightened stress by leaving you with a potent calming affect. This practice supports your glandular system, cleanses your liver and restores balance to your nervous system; all of which are integral for clarity of mind and ease.
