FREE VIRTUAL HEALING MEDITATION

Way back when,  spirit revealed to me that the most potent creative energy on planet earth was indeed ourselves. Through the years and through the challenges there were times that I would forget only to be reminded again with more depth and much more fortitude. This is the way ascension truly works, it is a double helix spiral that takes you above & below time and time again. Since the onset of our current unsettling I have been taken aback at how much I am being shown this moment, as an opportune time for all of us to REvisit with our true wealth. There is space to slow down and discover the light that is too often cloaked by the Maya of our world.  

If the divine were to reveal itself every single day as the  powerful potential that is stored within  every one of us,   we would not only be astonished every single time but we would take it upon ourselves to shift our reality moment by moment because we would realize that we actually can! There is no double that we would move to change our reality with the speed of light. However, it does not work this way. There is an organic nature to our individual & collective transformation and the time heeded speaks of a wisdom gained through experience that is much needed.  In this now, we are being asked to turn to intention and focus so that we can gradually discover ourselves and continue to crack open. 

I truly do invite you to take advantage of this space & practice so that you may develop increased awareness of the higher consciousness that you have within & further  understand the layers of capacity that you hold. The time is ripe for this and Yogi Bhajan was one of many to offer sacred tools that could be used during these foreseen times. 

This weeks offering is a meditation will that will support you in   activating self healing but also in igniting your own ability to heal another. There are so many natural resources to our disposal; we ourselves as channels of pure energy are one of them. It is time to see ourselves as we see the Earth; an unconditional resource. The Earth has always naturally provided us with so much and we too can naturally provide each other with so much.
